I began my career as a Junior Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst at Varroc Engineering in India, where I was responsible for supply chain B2B management and logistics partner follow-up. My work focused on tracking, scheduling, and improving supply chain processes, and I successfully reduced inventory costs by 5% by sourcing a new supplier.
At Airbus on behalf of Accenture in Toulouse, I held various roles, including Lean Project Manager and Agile Product Owner. As a Lean Project Manager, I led SCRUM projects using DMAIC methodology and Agile tools, set up governance, planned and monitored KPIs, and facilitated Kaizen events and root cause analysis sessions. As an Agile Product Owner, I was responsible for business acceptance testing, PI planning, workshop facilitation, agile backlog management, user story refinement, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
