📍The Challenge (Situation & Task)
Before this framework, the organization lacked a unified system for managing quality issues during commercial aircraft manufacturing. With 18 global sites operating in silos, recurring defects and inconsistent data reporting created significant production bottlenecks.
My mission was to design and lead the deployment of an enterprise-wide "Problem Solving" framework to standardize quality standards, align executive stakeholders, and secure data-driven decision-making.
🛠️ The Solution (Action)​​​​​​​
1. Standardization (The Frame)
Established the Airbus Operating System (AOS) as the universal framework for problem-solving routines across 18 global sites. This unified set of data and process standards ensures a consistent, high-quality approach to manufacturing worldwide.
2. Competency (The People)
Leveraged the "My Pulse" tool to define specific role competencies and deliver targeted training for production teams. This initiative identifies and develops "Problem Solving Masters" to maintain high industrial standards at every site.
3. Performance (The Compass)
Developed a robust KPI framework that serves as a "compass" for operational excellence and strategic alignment. These metrics enable data-driven decision-making at the executive level to ensure the PLM roadmap stays on track.
4. IT Solutions (The Monitoring)
Deployed customized IT applications and Looker Studio dashboards to automate the monitoring of manufacturing performance. This digital ecosystem provides real-time visibility into data quality and system maturity across the entire global network.

As a Product Owner for SAP ARP (Airbus Resource Planning) Deployment Solution focused on Shop Floor Efficiency, my responsibilities encompass a range of critical activities to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence across various sites. Here's an overview of my key roles and contributions:
Compliance and Process Alignment
Assess Compliance: Evaluate the alignment and compliance of ARP evolutions with established processes FU.PD.01, FU.PD.02, and FU.PD.03. Ensure that any changes or updates to ARP are in harmony with these processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Improvement Requests Management
Collect Improvement Requests: Gather improvement requests from all plants and Final Assembly Lines (FALs). Ensure that these requests are well-documented and communicated effectively across the network.
Alignment and Prioritization: Work closely with all plants and FALs to align on the collected improvement requests. Prioritize these requests based on their impact and urgency to ensure the most critical needs are addressed promptly.
ARP Evolution and Communication
Assess and Prioritize ARP Evolutions: Conduct thorough assessments and prioritization of ARP evolutions. Ensure that the most beneficial and necessary updates are implemented first to optimize shop floor efficiency.

Acceptance and Communication: 
Oversee the acceptance process of ARP evolutions. Communicate approved changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding across the network
Design and Business Understanding
Contribute to Design Phase: Actively participate in the design phase of ARP solutions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business requirements. Collaborate with design teams to align technical solutions with business needs, ensuring effective implementation.
Coordination and Testing
Business Acceptance Tests (BAT): For already deployed sites, coordinate Business Acceptance Tests to validate ARP adaptations. Ensure that the adaptations meet the specific needs and requirements of the sites, based on detailed analysis and feedback from the SAP system.

Identified and quantified cost savings, lead time reduction, and weight impact for standardized aircraft. These measures have significantly enhanced operational efficiency and reduced overall project costs.
Pricing and Profitability

Launch Customers and Ramp-Up Plans
